Our Mobile Precool Unit (MPU) allows to create a forced air system in an existing conditioned room. Using the existing cool air from your own cold store, it distributes the air actively and efficiently throughout the product in the boxes on the pallets. Allowing for a rapidly cool down your (soft) fruits and vegetables to the desired temperature or freezing meat.
Next to cold air, the Mobile Precool unit can process hot, frozen, wet or dry air too. Meaning the moveable unit can be used in a wide range of applications. From cooling down soft fruits to rapidly freezing meat to drying ginger or defrosting bottled juices. The possibilities and use cases are endless.
The unit can handle two rows of pallets up to a maximum of 24 pallets. The Mobile Precool Unit comes with a timer control and optional temperature sensor or air humidity sensor, both with display and set point.
